Conversion of Account Balance to Validity under CDMA Prepaid service are as under :

A)  Conversion of account balance to Validity :- Addition of 180 days validity for deduction of Rs 20 from account balance .
B) The procedure to be followed for the conversion is as under :- 
      Customer has to dial *789 + (Amount in paise) e.g. *7892000 ( For Rs 20 conversion)



Mode of extension of validity in different plan of CDMA Prepaid service are as under :

Max mode: In the event of any recharge, the existing remaining days of validity or validity available with new recharge which ever is more will prevail in the validity account.
ConditionsEffective validity
If validity of new recharge voucher is more than balance validity days.The validity of new recharge will be effective from the date of recharge
If the validity of new recharge voucher is less than the balance validity days.The existing balance validity days will continue.

Add mode: Validity available with all RCVs recharged are added to the remaining validity days in the subscriber's account. Add mode would be applicable to normal plans but validity may be accumulated up to maximum of 2 years.

Plans having Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of any specific amount of recharge/top-up within specific time period would continue to exist. For example, in the case of life-time plan, for extension of validity of 180 days the customer has to recharge with a minimum recharge/top-up of Rs. 200/-.
