Biography
Tanushree Dutta is a Bengali who was born and brought up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (then Bihar). She is a well known actress and model who was born on 19th March 1984.
She won the Ponds Femina Miss India Universe title in the year 2004 at the age of 24 held in Mumbai. She was also placed in the top ten in the Miss Universe 2004 pageant held in Quito, Ecuador.

Before contesting for Miss India pageant she featured in a Punjabi Music video Laung Taviteriaan by Balkar Sidhu.She started her career in Bollywood in 2004. She worked on two films simultaneously Chocolate andAashique Banaya Aapne. Though Chocolate was intended to be her debut film but its release was preceded byAashique Banaya Aapne.
